Thought I would give this a go as a replacement to all the pills I was taking to try and help peri menopause symptoms. The taste is ok. I do prefer to stir it into water and be careful to not spill any as it is very staining from the tumeric. I am not a fan of the taste of tumeric but this is ok. The little bottle supplied is very handy for travelling. Been taking it for 3.5 weeks so far and I am not sure yet if it's doing anything. No extra energy or libido change yet. I am not getting hot flushes but that may be as I am currently still getting periods. I got flushes when I had a three month stop. Will use up the bottle and then decide what to do. I don't mind paying for something that I feel helps but not if it doesn't make a difference I can see/feel.
