How much is delivery?
UK Mainland
Delivery is free on orders £49 and over.
If your order is under £49, a small delivery fee of £4 will be charged in line with our postage charges.
Rest of World
We're thrilled to be shipping orders worldwide! Simply select your country in the checkout, order, and we'll do the rest. And our courier partners, of course.
EU shipping cost is £9
Rest of World shipping cost is £14
Import and custom duties
Please note: Some countries have import taxes and customs documents, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. These countries are:
Bermuda, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Israel, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.
If you're placing an order from any of these countries, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you. If you're ordering to the Channel Islands, there might be a GST charge that we can't predict or cover in advance. Check your local government website for details on GST thresholds.
When will I receive my order?
For UK Mainland, if you order before 4pm Monday - Friday, the great news is you’ll receive your order the next working day, sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post.
For Offshore UK (including Scottish Highlands), orders placed before 4pm will take 2 to 3 working days to be delivered.
International deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days, but those countries with a little further to travel, may take up to 11 days.
Who will deliver my order?
For UK orders we use Royal Mail. We'll send you a tracking order once it's been dispatched for you to keep tabs on it.
For EU and International orders, Deutsche Post are our chosen courier. You'll get a tracking order once it's been dispatched so that you can follow your Valerie Essentials as they travel across land and sea, direct to your door.
I need help.
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Valerie.
