A study published in the journal NJP Women’s Health found 64.3 % of women in the 36 to 40-year-old camp, were experiencing symptoms that could be classified as 'moderate' or 'severe' on the Menopause Rating Scale (MRS)

But the researchers also discovered that most women don’t talk to a doctor about menopause symptoms until they’re 56 or older.
