Let’s talk about something no one seems to talk about - midlife s3x.

Not just the lack of it. Not just the guilt, the dryness, the “not tonight, I’m shattered” sighs. But the silence around it. Like the moment we hit 40, we’re meant to retire our libidos along with our skinny jeans.

Well… no. Absolutely not.

I don’t believe for a second that pleasure has a sell-by date.

I don’t accept that desire is only for twenty-somethings, or that s3x should be just another task on the never-ending to-do list.

And yet, here I am, midlife, looking at my own body thinking, hello? Is anyone still home down there? I probably should for the sake of my relationship, but I can’t be arsed.

The truth is, loads of us are going through this - and barely anyone is talking about it. So I’m saying it. And I want you to say it too.
